How it works:
- Call our operator to schedule an appointment at your convenience.
- We are in network with almost all insurances and will check your insurance coverage.
- Once paperwork is complete, we will dispatch one of our providers to your house and treat you from the comfort of your home!
Costs:
- Flat fee of $249 for the provider visit and evaluation.
- Meds can be called in to your pharmacy at no additional cost
- Additional costs may apply for tests, labs, imaging, or in-home treatments. If using insurance, we’ll bill your plan.
- Cash prices vary and can be discussed at booking.
