Weight Loss

• With a Nurse or other Health Care Professional to better understand your health status and weight loss goals. This is when you will be sent a patient welcome packet as well as forms to be electronically signed.
• Blood work is needed to start the program. These tests include CBC, CMP, TSH, A1c, and lipid panel. We can send you for labs to your nearest laboratory, or if you have had blood work in the past 6 months, just fax or email it to us.
• If you are near or around The Woodlands, Texas, we have local laboratories that will get all your lab work done for $150 Cash Pay. Just let us know and we’ll set you up!

*The Physician has the final discretion when blood work should be completed*

You and the physician will go over your labs via Telehealth. You can ask as many questions as you want during your visit! You will then be sent your medications to your house. If you are uncomfortable with injecting yourself, don’t worry, we can walk you through the process!

The medication is administered through a weekly injection, delivered to your home in a convenient vial containing enough for four weeks (four injections).

You will have a monthly follow-up phone call with our Health Care Team. This is when you can discuss any side effects or concerns. Medication adjustments/increases are decided by you and our Health Care Team. All adjustments are approved by the physician after reviewing your visit with the rest of the Team.
